Turn Around Time

All Ready to Ship items will ship in 4-5 business days after purchase unless otherwise specified in listing. Business days do not include weekends or Holidays. Processing time does not include the time the order takes during the actual shipping time.

Care of Product

Please follow all care instructions.

• Not microwave safe
• Not dishwasher safe
• Don’t leave in hot cars and/or in high temps
• Don’t drop
• Do not use abrasive chemicals

These tumblers are handmade and should always be treated as such. Although they are durable they have the potential to break or ruin when care instruction aren’t followed. Once the item is in the buyers possession we cannot be held accountable for any damage.

All tumblers will come with a lid. At times your tumbler will come with a hard plastic reusable straw. All tumblers can be used to keep drinks cold or hot. All tumblers are handcrafted which means that there may be small imperfections. All tumblers are made with high quality materials to include epoxy, glitter, double wall stainless steel tumblers, etc.

Made to Order/Custom Tumblers

Made to order tumblers are exactly that: made to order. All tumblers that are not listed as ready to ship will have up to a 6-week processing time until shipped.

Lost/Damaged Packages & Shipping Insurance

Please note Blackwell Creations is not responsible for lost or damage packages once delivered to USPS. For all delivery issues it is recommended that the purchaser files a claim through USPS. All Priority shipping comes with shipping insurance.
